THOMAS E. Latham, P. E.

PRESIDENT

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Latham is responsible for the overall management of CGL as well as being actively involved in the business development of new and existing clients.  Mr. Latham’s Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering background includes municipal, educational, industrial, commercial and marine facilities with a large magnitude of work in Retail Development across the United States.  Mr. Latham has worked as a Design Engineer, Project Manager and Company Management for more than 35 years. His experience has been both in Mechanical and Civil Engineering with a large magnitude of work in Retail Development across the United States. Mr. Latham is actively involved in Project Developments from Conceptual Design to Project Completion.

Mr. Latham has been President of Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc. since 1996.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Clark has over 25 years of design experience in the fields of Civil and Structural Engineering, as well as Conceptual Planning, Project Development, and Construction Administration.  The types of projects vary widely, and include Retail Developments, Marine Docking Facilities, Commercial Cold Storage Facilities, Warehousing, Industrial Developments, Educational Facilities, Drainage Design, Roadway Design, and Recreational Facilities.

Mr. Clark has served as Executive Vice President of Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc. since 1998.

ERIC J. ADAMS, P.E.

VICE PRESIDENT, CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Louisiana State University – 1983

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Adams has over 31 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. In addition to detailed design work in both disciplines, Mr. Adams experience includes Project Management, Cost Estimating, Specification Writing, Construction Administration and Inspection.

Civil Engineering experience includes layout for Commercial and Industrial complexes, as well as drainage and erosion control design. Further experience include design work for storm-water retention/detention systems and water quality.

Structural engineering experience includes detailed design of foundations and superstructures of wood, steel and concrete facilities. Foundations include both shallow and deep, as well as, waterfront facilities, such as breasting dolphins, bulkhead and loading facilities.

Mr. Adams became Vice President of Engineering in 1999 and a Principal of CGL in 2006.

LINDA G. SNAPP, AIA, LEED AP

VICE PRESIDENT of Architecture

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science Degree in Design
University of Cincinnati – 1975

EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Snapp has over 40 years of experience in Architectural Design, Programming and Project Management. Mrs. Snapp is NCARB certified and a member of the American Institute of Architects. She has been with Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc. for over 24 years.  Mrs. Snapp has been involved with the design of commercial facilities, retail centers, restaurants, residential, health care facilities, office buildings, educational facilities, industrial manufacturing facilities and ADA renovations. She has served as President of the Alabama Council AIA and the Mobile Chapter AIA. She has served on the State Building Code Advisory Board for the State of Alabama, the City of Mobile Code Advisory Committee, Alabama Architectural Foundation and the Alabama Energy and Residential Code Board.  She was the 2009 recipient of the Alabama Council Accolade Award and the recipient of the 2017 AIA Mobile Model Member Award.

Mrs. Snapp became Vice President in 1999 and a Principal of CGL in 2006.
