at this time, cgl is looking for candidates to fill the following positions:
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
EXPERIENCE IN:
Low rise commercial building design.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Structural schematic designs, analyses, modeling, structural calculations, and contract document production (plans, specifications, and estimates for construction projects).
AutoCAD ability for development of construction documents is a requirement.
Additional duties to include:
Evaluation of existing structures, development of repairs and/or rehabilitation methods for buildings and other facilities.
Requirements are as follows:
Civil Engineering degree with a structural focus
Over 3 years of experience in structural design
Professional Engineer or on track to become a PE
Proficient with AutoCAD and contract document production
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in computer modeling of structural systems
SENIOR ARCHITECT
EXPERIENCE:
Creative, knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and with experience in commercial building design.
Duties Include:
Architectural schematic design through final design and contract document production, including plans, specifications, building code and energy code analysis
AutoCAD ability for the development of construction documents is a requirement
Knowledge and implementation of ADA laws in design.
Requirements are as follows:
Architectural degree
Over 8 years of experience in commercial design
Licensed architect-- with ability to license in multiple states
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proven record of leadership with ability to supervise and direct architectural team
ARCHITECT
EXPERIENCE:
Creative, knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and with experience in commercial building design.
Duties Include:
Architectural schematic design through final design and contract document production, including plans, specifications, building code and energy code analysis
AutoCAD ability for the development of construction documents is a requirement
Knowledge and implementation of ADA laws in design.

Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Proficient with Com-check
CIVIL ENGINEER
EXPERIENCE IN:
Commercial site design.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Schematic designs, analyses, surface modeling, detention calculations.
Contract document production (plans, specifications, and estimates for construction projects).
AutoCAD ability for development of construction documents is a requirement.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
Evaluation of stormwater drainage systems/watershed, design of drainage improvements and erosion control.
REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Civil Engineering degree with a site and drainage focus.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil/site design.
Professional Engineer or on track to become a PE.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Proficient with Civil 3D AutoCAD and contract document production.
Experience in computer modeling for watershed analyses.
