Clark, Geer Latham & Associates is proud to update the progress of the Springhill Medical Center - Delaney Employee Parking Lot. The Pervious Pavers are in place. These pavers are designed to allow storm water to infiltrate through the pavement allowing the storm water to filter back into the natural ground and recharge the below grade water table. Green infrastructure offers additional advantages: it is more cost-effective than standard storm water detention system and results in additional environmental benefits. These benefits include low impact water quality to provide cleaner runoff water, enhanced natural water supplies, reduced urban surface temperatures, and increased property values.
